a return... and the story unfolds...

Greets and a happy 2007...

well it has been some time since the last post... nearly 3 months... much of this time was spent only being able to use one hand as the other had been chewed on by my dog... :p >>
- another quantum shift in interaction through the pc...

but a new year is here - and there are many ideas that have been stewing - 2007 is going to be a big year for semantics - and for this discussion on quantum semantics...

The story of quantum semantics is really an exploration through the many different paths of human interpretation and meaning - throughout the millenia - each generation pushes the boundaries of knowledge and interpretation further - as we are broaching on the quantum level of theory and universal structure so much of it has been rooted in the deep past of atomic conceptualisation... and so the journey begins...

to give some indication of the story to come - some of the chapters and concepts to be discussed in the following year will include...

• Folksonomies, organic referencing and meme structures;
• Linguistics and the meaning 0f language and structures;
• Cultural meaning and relevance in relation to knowledge sharing and transfer;
• The microcosm vs the macrocosm - as it is above so it is below - meanings and interpretations from the gnostics, doaists, alchemists and others...
• Quarks and Leptons - the two basic constituents of matter... and meaning?
• Human interpretation and meaning - discussions of relevance and meaning in the human context - and its implication in a machine context...
• The quantum level of information - what is universal?
• Networks and information pathways - the emerging networks of communication and interaction - considerations of the ghost and the cloud...
• Discussions on taxonomies and mental reference systems;
• Evolutionary growth and changes in meaning through generations - how swiftly does meaning change?

This is a brief analysis of the year to come - and surely as the story weaves itself many more concepts and ideas will become apparent and relevant... and if those mentioned above do not appear relevant as yet... well wait until the story unfolds...

and finally - it is the quest for the logos - the underlying construct and order of reality in relation to meaning and its interpretation - that will be driving much of the discussion in quantum semantics this year... to quote from the great information repository of our time - wikipedia ;) -
